RETURNS / EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return or exchange,
your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

You must notify us within 7 days from package delivery date.
Please have order number ready.

We offer return labels for store credit returns, but for refunds you will have to cover the return shipping label.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

Our pashmina pieces are non refundable, we do offer exchange or store credit only.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do repairs when able to, we also offer exchange or store credit.

NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
