To be eligible for a return or exchange,
your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.

You must notify us within 7 days from package delivery date.
Please note your order # in your message.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS.

Please check the size chart or email us with any sizing questions prior to placing an order on custom or made to order, as you cannot return these items.

Our pashmina pieces are non refundable. We offer exchange or store credit only.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 

NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WASHING/CARE 

For most of our items, we suggest either hand washing in cold or on delicate in cold, then hang dry. Never use the dryer.
